- How long do I have to return an item?
- You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (refund without a reason). For an exchange or voucher, we voluntarily grant 30 days from delivery.
- How much does return shipping cost me?
- Nothing. Once approved, you'll receive a free shipping label by email.
- Can I return opened products?
- For hygiene reasons, unfortunately not. Food supplements can only be taken back unopened and in their original seal. This does not affect your right of withdrawal.
- Do I have to give a reason?
- No. For a cancellation, you don't need to give a reason – this field is optional.
