We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the delivery country (zones below); in the EU zones and the United Kingdom, from the stated order value we deliver free of shipping charges. The “Europe (non-EU)” and “Worldwide” zones have no free-shipping threshold — shipping is always charged there. The shipping costs shown are calculated automatically in the cart and at checkout.

Delivery times
Deutschland: usually 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Polen: usually 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Übrige Länder: usually 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Start of the period: The delivery period begins when the goods are dispatched. If you pay by advance bank transfer, it begins when your payment is credited to our account.
Shipping is handled by DHL or, depending on the delivery country, by a comparable parcel service (DPD/GLS, for example). After dispatch you receive an email with the tracking number.
Deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees charged by customs or the carrier may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the recipient.
