Effect
- Melatonin trägt zur Linderung der subjektiven Jetlag-Empfindung bei.
Die positive Wirkung stellt sich ein, wenn am ersten Reisetag kurz vor dem Schlafengehen sowie an den ersten Tagen nach Ankunft am Zielort mindestens 0,5 mg Melatonin aufgenommen werden.
